METHODS
Orders will be shipped via Australia Post with full tracking provided.

DISPATCH TIMES
We will do our best to deliver your order promptly. Once payment has been processed, items in-stock will be dispatched the same day if order placed before 3pm. All orders are expected to be dispatched within 24hours. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is unavailable we will endeavour to notify you within 24 hours.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimated between 1-10 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location:
1-2 business days - NSW / ACT
2-3 business days - VIC / QLD
4-5 business days - SA / TAS
7-10 business days - WA / NT
*Please allow additional 1-2 business days on top of the above allocated times for regional areas.
